If you are a returning vendor, please make sure that your application includes all necessary licensing and proof of liability insurance documentation, which should list all required parties as additional insured. Please refer to the insurance requirements to determine which parties must be listed. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until all required documents have been submitted.

Returning Vendor Deadline: January 31st

Applications must be submitted online.

Vendor Fees are due by April 15th

The regular season market runs every Sunday from June 2nd to November 24th, 10 am-2 pm. The full-time vendor fee is $390. The part-time vendor fee is $25 per market. Sign up for 12+ markets as part-time and get a $25 discount. Vendor fees are non-refundable and due by April 15th. After April 15th, online payments only.

Artisan Crafter vendors have the option to participate in a maximum of 12 markets. To maintain a diverse range of products, it may not be possible to accommodate all requested dates. The market manager will collaborate with you for scheduling.

I have read and agree to abide by the Kittery Community Market By-Laws and Rules and Regulations. These forms can be found at www.kitterycommunitymarket.com. I realize that failure to do so may result in revocation of my attendance privileges and any money paid to date. To the best of my knowledge, all information presented in this application is accurate and truthful.

I hereby agree that I will indemnify and hold harmless Kittery Community Market, the members of its Board of Directors, the Market Manager, all agents, and/or employees of KCM from any and all claims and liabilities arising or allegedly arising from my negligent or intentional conduct. I understand that this means that I will be responsible for reimbursing the above organization and individuals for any judgment against them, any settlement made by them in good faith, and any attorney’s fees incurred by them in defending or settling any claim against them, which arises or allegedly arises as the result of my negligent or intentional conduct
By submitting this application, I hereby agree to comply with the Rules and Policy in all respects. I further agree to abide by the decisions of KCM, its officers, directors, agents, and/or employees regarding the interpretation and enforcement of any provision of the Rules and/or of Policy. I specifically understand that, in consideration for processing my application, I waive any and all rights to pursue any civil or criminal process against KCM, its officers, directors, agents, and/or employees as relates to any decisions and/or actions taken in interpreting or enforcing the Rules or Policy by KCM, its officers, directors, agents and/or employees. KCM is incorporated in Maine, operates as a not-for-profit organization of local farmers, artisans, food producers, & citizens.

Mobile Vending License

Vendors of processed foods must have a Mobile Vending License from the DACF. Find the  DACF application for the MVL here.
